Meet Oniel– Licensed Therapist.

Hi, I’m Oniel, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#MH27784) providing individual therapy and couples counseling in Central Florida. I especially enjoy working with men who are dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, confidence, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. Therapy with me is straightforward, collaborative, and judgment-free, with a focus on helping you understand what’s getting in the way and figure out what to do next.

My approach is primarily based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), helping clients develop practical tools, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change. I also work with couples who want to improve communication, reduce conflict, rebuild connection, and develop healthier relationship patterns. As a Christian myself, I understand the importance faith can have in a person’s life and welcome clients who want their faith incorporated into therapy while maintaining a clinical, evidence-based approach.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2017. If you’re looking for a male therapist in Central Florida who offers practical, goal-focused counseling for men and couples.

Oniel is currently accepting new clients. Book your session today and take the next step forward.
