I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#MH27906), EMDR-trained therapist, and bilingual clinician who provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapy in English and Spanish. I work with individuals experiencing complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences.
My approach is warm, person-centered, and focused on truly listening. I believe therapy should be a safe place where you can share your story without feeling judged or being told what you should do. Together, we can explore how past experiences may be impacting your emotions, relationships, self-worth, and daily life.
As a Christian, I understand the importance of faith in the healing process. For clients who desire it, I incorporate Christian faith into therapy while making space for difficult emotions, questions, and experiences.
I integrate EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, CBT, and Play Therapy based on your individual needs. My goal is to help you feel heard, process what you have been carrying, and move toward greater peace, confidence, and healing.
