I’m Larry Goldberg, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida (#SW4053), specializing in individual counseling for adults. I work with adults, particularly those 30 and older, navigating relationship challenges, marital difficulties, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and life transitions.
Many of the individuals I work with are professionals and high-functioning adults who are used to managing life’s responsibilities but may find themselves struggling with persistent worry, overthinking, relationship conflict, or feeling emotionally disconnected. I have a particular interest in helping men navigate marital challenges, improve communication, and develop healthier relationship patterns.
My therapeutic approach is practical, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, build on their strengths, and develop realistic strategies for meaningful change.
I believe therapy isn’t just for when life feels overwhelming. It is also an opportunity to gain perspective, strengthen relationships, and become more intentional about your well-being.
